67. A natural person holding a certificate in the sector class of “claims adjustment in the employ of an insurer” is, as of 1 March 2010, deemed to be the holder of a certificate in the claims adjustment sector.
A natural person holding a certificate in the sector class of “claims adjustment in the employ of a personal-lines damage insurer” is, as of 1 March 2010, deemed to be the holder of a certificate in the sector class of “claims adjustment in personal-lines damage insurance”.
A natural person holding a certificate in the sector class of “claims adjustment in the employ of a commercial-lines damage insurer” is, as of 1 March 2010, deemed to be the holder of a certificate in the sector class of “claims adjustment in commercial-lines damage insurance”.
